• Lead IT business partnering with C-Level and Group business heads to achieve agreed objectives • Determine technology roadmap, new technology adoption and IT deliverables aligning to company goals • Design and establish IT policies and systems to support implementation of business strategies • Drive digital transformation projects, improving business efficiency and better controls • Manage contractors/outsourced vendors to attain the company’s lean strategy • Manage a portfolio of technology initiatives, budgets and performance outcomes • Recruit and trained IT team members; to promote collaboration and keep members on task and productive

• Partner with regional co-workers and business stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to use information technology solution to improve product, service and/or program business processes. • Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including 
workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. • Provide direct support to internal/external Project Managers on implementation/deployment of system solutions across APAC locations including operational Change Requirements/Requests • Training, proactively assists with the identification of training and development requirements of the Business • Provide direct support on Problem Management process, working with offshore IT teams to resolve critical/recurring issues

• Overall in-charge of IT activities covering ERP systems, Applications, Infrastructure, IT operations and IT projects. • Take lead to analyze business challenges and provide recommendations for, any changes in the facilities or changes to in-sourcing and out-sourcing strategies. • Project managed implementation/deployment of solutions; working directly with end users and outsource IT resources • Manage and Lead all IT resources in a matrix environment consisting of internal and external vendor resources

• Directs Information Strategy including IT Infrastructure, SAP ERP systems and Business Applications • Drive consistency, timeliness and effectiveness of communications within Asia region business. • Lead IT change management; de facto IT Change Agent for the Asia region • Manage Asia region IT budget, spending tracking and cost optimization initiatives. • Project Managed Business and IT related projects across Asia Business entities

• Directs Information Strategy including IT Infrastructure, SAP ERP systems and Business Applications. • Manage Asia region IT budget, spending tracking and cost optimization initiatives. • Develop and Drive business analysis as a core competency. • Lead IT change management; de facto IT Change Agent for the Asia region • Project Managed Business and IT related projects across Asia Business entities.

• Lead the implementation of a new team to maintain and enhance all in-house developed Microsoft .Net applications, HR applications, ERP systems support and enhancement on SAP, Fourth Shift and SymcoERP. • Manage Asia region IT budget, spending tracking and cost optimization initiatives. • Lead all IT proposal negotiation and contracts for IT products and related services. • Lead regional IT teams in a matrix environment with business lines/function teams, and external vendor resources • Service Level Agreement Management with internal customers and outsource vendors/suppliers

• Lead and direct a team of 28 IT Staff (matrix & direct line reporting) across Regional Asia Offices • Spearhead and coordinate all Corporate IT initiatives for the Asia region • Perform the duty as IT compliance officer. With reference to Sarbanes Oxley Section 404. • Manage Asia region IT budget, spending tracking and cost optimization initiatives. • Service Level Agreement Management with internal customers and outsource vendors/suppliers
