* Primary and Secondary Research * Market Reports on medical equipment * Quality Check on the data gathered

* Client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables. * Review all deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. * Ensure client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, inform the Account Director or Managing Director of any problems that may arise. * Work closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project. * Ensure all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met. * Communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team. * Effective two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations. * Understand the company capabilities and service, and effectively communicate all services to the client.
