Oversee the launch of a new product line for robotic lawn mowers.

• Collaborated with various clients in Bay Area and China to develop new products such as ceiling fans, pet collars, and indoor security cameras. Provided CAD model, renderings, and animations towards different clients’ requests and needs.

• Led Servi Plus design from ideation to mass production as a solo designer – now deployed worldwide. • Spearheaded the development of over five projects (2 robots, 3 accessories) and worked closely with cross-functional teams to integrate user, business, quality, and technical demands. • Coordinated with engineers to go through the phase-gates manufacturing process (Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT, Mass Production) and oversaw SLA & FDM 3D prototyping, injection-molding DFM, and tooling cost optimization. • Visited Korean manufacturers to oversee the quality and finishing of the final mass production units and assisted with any design-related technical needs. • Collaborated with engineers to incorporate technical (ME/EE/SWE) and National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) certification requirements into my designs. • Designed Servi Lift prototype to showcase a new product line at the 2022 National Restaurant Association (NRA), attended by 380,000+ industry professionals. • Created renders and animations for company web, social media, and exhibitions, amplifying brand image and showcasing innovations for a competitive edge.

• Involved in multiple clients’ projects (e.g. Kohler, Glowforge) from concept generation to final implementation. • Built mock-ups, proof-of-concept prototypes and CAD models. • Created renderings for presentation and visual communications. • Researched on new trends, materials, engineering and manufacturing possibilities that realized concepts. • Communicated with vendors to help define and spec materials and processes.
