- Recruitment & Onboarding: Screening, interviewing candidates, and managing the new hire documentation and orientation process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. - Internship Program Management: Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support of interns to provide valuable work experience. - Payroll & Benefits Administration: Managing payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits programs to ensure compliance and satisfaction. - Hiring Website Management: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date job postings, and tracking applicant information on the company’s hiring platform. - Scheduling: Coordinating HR-related activities, training sessions, and meetings to ensure efficient time management and project execution. - Day-to-Day Administration: Handling general HR administrative tasks such as maintaining records, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting the HR team in daily operations.

- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping for the culinary department. - Food/ Paper Goods Ordering and Purchasing - Oversee inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, monitoring usage and reordering as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. - Support menu planning and development by maintaining accurate records of recipes and ingredient lists. - Communication between Chefs and Event Managers

- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including buffet set up, table arrangements and decorations. - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to service standards and protocols. Clear tables and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the banquet area throughout the event. - Provide personalized and attentive service to VIP guests attending banquets and special events. - Training programs in Food and Beverage industry. - Bartending- proficiently prepare and serve diverse beverages, engaging with guests to fulfill orders, make recommendations, and ensure preferences are met.
