Responsibilities include day to day operations of all properties including carpark operation, manage and liaise with M.C/JMB, forming of AGM for strata properties, budget control and monitoring of cost/expenses and supplier/contractor management for building defects rectification, maintenance and services.

The responsibility encompassed driving efficient use of the existing real estate to support business growth and office environment refresh that creates collaboration in a dynamic workforce. Concurrently responsible for the Facilities Operation and small projects team that managed a large group of outsource team that smoothly operates facilities system in support of offices, lab and data center as well as delivering a wide variety of small scale construction that supports business/operation requirements.

Managed a group of highly talented and diverse engineers and facilities operations group across multiple manufacturing factories, general purpose buildings including labs and data centers.

Technical buyer for new board development division setup in Malaysia that is crucial in enabling the motherboard business. Successfully influenced the direction and garnered support in growing the supplier eco-system to meet the technological demand of lab/developmental environment. Subsequently added indirect material responsibility in support of 24x7 factory material handling system operations.
