Since stepping into this role, I’ve focused on building a company that’s not only product-driven, but also people-driven. Firm360 has helped firms save 10+ hours a week, cut billing time by 66%, and achieve 100% client portal adoption, all while maintaining <1 hour support response times and delivering first-class onboarding for firms of every size. These results matter to me because they represent more than numbers: they represent healthier teams, better client relationships, and businesses that can grow without burning out.
