• Recruited, formed, developed, and managed the first Back End Global Manufacturing Central Team and Site Operations Improvement teams. Established the team’s vision for the overall development, guided the teams in training & mentorship, provided direction, and assistance on decisions pertaining to the success of the team. • Successfully led Back End team in selecting and negotiating the best options for Back End Manufacturing Dispatching and Scheduling vendors selection. Aligned global Back End Sites QMS and IATF manufacturing process requirement and documentation. • Managed and participated in creation and proliferation of new Micron Back End capacity planning and execution system called Capacity Super Model (CSM) to all Back End Manufacturing networks. • Supported the entire project lifecycle from initial project definition to project closing. Coordinated work with Micron internal and external team. Played critical roles as Business Analyst, Trainer, Agile Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner, and Overall Program Manager. • Acted as internal consultant to integrate the new system with existing business processes and other internally developed or procured systems. Explored innovative ways to utilize the capacity planning and execution for New Product Introduction process and procedure. • Successfully completed Micron Fab 17 Dispatching and Scheduling systems deployment in a tight timeline of four months. The system is critical to support Fab 17 start up and ramping requirement.

• Responsible for master data management process. Defined and created SAP master data, sustained master data governance policies and procedures for Micron Supply Chain. Chaired and facilitated Micron Part Number (MPN), Global Attributes, and Finish Good: FGPN/BOM governance meetings. • Collaborated with Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and external Consultants to design, test, and implement new SAP master data management system. • Successfully created and completed all training and documentation for master data management process and custom-built SAP ZMDM application.

• Recruited, mentored, and led IMFS Fab 10 Operations Improvement team for startup. Assisted the groups in training and worked closely to provide direction and assistance on decisions pertains to the success of the team. • Collaborated with different Micron, IMFT, and IMFS groups (IT, AMHS, Production, Engineering, Change Management, Procurement, Training/Documentation, Manufacturing Integration, Central Planning, etc.) to setup different systems for IMFS startup requirement. Work closely with the Fab to achieve the benchmark performance in Outs, Cycle Time, and Yield. • Successfully deployed Fab dispatching, scheduling, production planning metrics & reports, and auto delivery/auto staging to support the Fab start-up and ramp-up. Fab 10 is the first 300mm Fab in Micron to start the first wafer with full automation.

• Collaborated with IT and Manufacturing on various R&D projects: real time tools utilization monitoring system – Idle State Visibility (ISV), new production metrics revision and standardization, Manufacturing Technician interface, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), cycle time reduction, AMHS installation, etc. • Successfully completed the Micron Fab 4 Research & Development extension projects in collaboration with Planning, Production, Engineering, IT, Automation/AMHS, and external vendors team. Supported the team using AutoMod simulation analysis to review design and calculate number of vehicles needed for the new facility. • Proposed and completed R&D Industrial Engineering team development framework and training strategies. The framework is used as the guideline for Fab 4 IE promotion requirement.

• Recruited, mentored, and led IMFS Fab 10 Operations Improvement team for startup. The project was put on hold after one year, worked with management to retrench the team members. Helped the team members to find jobs within Micron’s network and shutdown the project.

• Provided capacity planning for the following area: Photo, RDA, Metrology, Fab Support, and Yield Analysis. Played a critical role in development and growth of the IMFT Industrial Engineering groups. Assisted the groups in training and documentation, and provide mentorship to achieve the team goals. • Designed, maintained, and supported all dispatching logic related to Real Time Dispatch (RTD). Deployed Auto Delivery and Auto Staging (Auto-Auto) for the AMHS System. Participated in the 24x7 on-call rotation and executed escalation processes as required. Successfully started and ramped up IMFT Fab 2 to a fully automated 300mm wafer Fab. • Trained customers and co-workers to use applications, tools, and utilities required to sustain all reports and software related to planning and AMHS. Actively participated in MACH (Cycle Time Reduction) project: provided the preliminary setup and structure for the MACH Deployment Team, worked closely with the MACH Coordinator to deploy and implement MACH.

• Provided capacity planning for Fab Photo I-Line and Metrology and backup planning for Photo DUV, Photo CFA, and RDA. Responsibilities included area planning maintenance, modeling, and auditing. Created capacity scenarios to assist in management decisions. • Worked closely with various Fab area production and engineering groups to facilitate integration of Fab’s applications/projects. Examples of applications/projects include AutoShell RPT Standardization, Fab long transport lot report, equipment graph report, etc. • Successfully assisted Fab merger and restructuring processes: identified & combined all 3 Fab production reports and area SharePoint pages, improved shared capacity process, documented planning area knowledge, and created combined Fabs simulation.

• Developed and maintained Mask Technology Center (MTC) Fab capacity model and scenario. Created Fab metrics using web application. Worked closely with various MTC groups to facilitate integration of MTC Fab applications from conception to implementation to improve line management decisions. • Conducted the audit process and created the procedure to review data integrity and validity within the capacity model. Worked with management to create departmental metrics for continuous improvement. Designed and coordinated production efficiency projects with several different areas within the department. • Successfully started and ramped the Micron first reticle/mask shop from the ground breaking until it became fully operational.
