Led and managed all financial affairs, with an operational and performance focus, including accounting and controls, financial reporting, planning and analysis, forecasting, treasury, cash and credit facility management, tax planning, IT and user systems support, procurement, medical insurance risk management, and property leasing and negotiation. Managed seven (7) direct reports, with 50+ staff, not including senior operating management (eight (8) staff) who reported to me on a dotted line basis.

Managed all corporate finance operations of the nation’s then fastest growing, publicly-held staffing company. Designed and executed financial policies and programs during the company’s growth from $12MM to over $450MM in 24 months. Completed six financing transactions raising over $280MM in capital, critical to completing two strategic acquisitions which quadrupled the company’s revenue and employee base. Integrated operations of acquired companies, generating annual cost savings of $4MM.

Represented debtors and creditors in performing for troubled companies, operational and financial services ranging from crisis management to design, negotiation and execution of restructuring programs. Worked closely with management, lending institutions, investment bankers, and attorneys to improve results for all stakeholders.
