For decades, I’ve walked inside systems that taught women to perform, achieve, and disappear inside expectations. And for just as long, I’ve been studying what happens when a woman stops outsourcing her knowing and starts trusting her own inner truth. My work is for high-achieving women who look successful on the outside, but quietly feel disconnected, tired, or unsure of what their next chapter is meant to be. I don’t lead from the front.
