Perform as Operator (lead) in the processing necessary to produce and assess products for use in clinical research and clinical trials. Proficiently function and lead within an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment, ensuring personal safety and product sterility. Consistently produce accurate and clear documentation of all procedures. Maintain required training and certifications. Assist in training the Manufacturing Technician 1 and 2. Help maintain the cleanliness and organizational standards of laboratory. Other related duties as they arise.

• Assist with downstream related activities including chromatography purification, centrifugation, and ultracentrifugation, ultrafiltration/ diafiltration, and viral clearance. • Properly disinfect and stage materials into production rooms before the production campaigns. • Assist with change-over cleaning in the manufacturing core and other production areas. • Assist activities to support production campaign such as preparation of tubing assemblies, autoclaving, material request, and material transfer into production rooms. • Adhere to safe working practices. • Provide other assistance as needed to the Biomanufacturing Specialist, Biomanufacturing Supervisors, and Managers

• Perform preparation of disinfectant per SOP. • Clean and maintain the cleanliness of cleanroom environment. Cleaning will include mopping of ceilings, walls, and floors with the appropriate disinfectant, wiping interior and exterior surface of all equipment • Perform stocking of areas with appropriate supplies, such as gowning supplies, cleaning supplies, general supplies, etc. as needed. • Dispose of generated trash/waste. • Documenting work by completing cGMP records and other required documentation for performed activities. • Adhering to safe working practices. • Perform monthly shower flushing in all areas.

• Use manual/semi-automatic/automatic solder paste stencil machine • Load components into pick and place machine • Reflow oven operations • Routine light duty maintenance • Start job run on machine • Set up loader machine • Also handling lead related material • Set up MPM (Multi-Purpose Machine) screen printer • Locate and identify if errors occur and alert SMT Technician

• Use schematics, blueprints, wiring lists and instructions to assemble/modify units • Conduct basic electrical testing • Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components • Assemble components using power and hand tools or other equipment • Label finished product and pack for shipment • Check tools for proper operation • Ensure components and connections are correct per specifications • Reading and comprehending instructions and following established procedures • Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process • Perform inventory • Maintain clean working environment • Assist and support other departments as necessary such as welding, soldering, testing • Perform other functions or duties as assigned

• Making sure all the sale items fill up for the rest of the day • Maintain the grocery shelfs are organizing to make the store looks standard and convenient for customers shopping • Ensure a great shopping experience for customers by helping them find what they are looking for and explain or recommence them about the produces. • Working as a team to ensure the safety at work by cleaning the workstation frequently a day • Organizing the sale every week when the sale prices have change

• Operate the cash register to check out customers’ merchandise • Bag the customers' groceries • Provide excellent customer service such as carry out • Collect carts from the parking lot and bring into the store even during inclement weather • Maintain the store’s cleanliness by cleaning the floors, restrooms, and disposing the trash • Ensure a great shopping experience for all customers by being professional, respectful, and providing excellent service

• Perform career research for students with specific questions. • Transform powerpoint presentations into a more dynamic type of presentation software/Testing them in Zoom and Teams to see if they work smoothly. • Work on slides/presentation methods • Speak from student viewpoint, advancing slides, running polls, etc. during class. • Participate in “public” Zoom sessions with community groups, classes, etc. • Complete the super-list of programs at UF, which includes all majors, minors, certificates, specializations, tracks, and graduate degrees. • Create similar lists for other State colleges and universities in Florida. • Review other colleges Career Center web pages to report on how they utilize online tools to provide services.

• Setting up the computer labs and laptop labs for the students. • Troubleshooting all the computers in the lab or students’ laptops. • Striping the broken laptops to find the useful tools such as keyboards, screens, RAMs, motherboards, and more. • Providing the technical support to students during the tests. • Replacing the broken parts of the students’ laptops such as screens, keyboard, or else.
