Over this period I worked with an excellent team of managers and clinicians and worked on the development of the clinical governance for urgent care and out of hours. While actively being involved in the development of integrating urgent care and out of hours and working towards the development of a seamless service Healthcare Service. Working on 3 successful cqc inspections, managing clinicians and the governance that surrounds our work and developing a new urgent care center that does so much more than minor ailments. Developing pathways that allows the service to integrated into secondary and become an essential cog between primary and secondary care.
