• Assist VP of Domestic Licensing in obtaining licensee financial information such as forecast and budget templates • Create and maintain internal documents including master trackers, calendars, and activation road maps • Served as key point of contact for Consumer Product Activation's as they relate to marketing • Assemble marketing tool kits for key priorities and distribute • Manage development of promotional premium items for events and gifting, ensuring all items are on brand and adhere to company quality requirements • Collaborated with Licensing, Marketing, and Creative to execute brand events from start to finish • Represent Cloudco Entertainment at conventions and trade shows as necessary

• Assisted with tracking and development of concerts/tours across AEG Arenas • Managed and update information regarding upcoming concert tours, album releases and arena/stadium touring artists • Assisted with Tracking venue shows, holds and confirmations to maintain a detailed calendar of each venue's shows • Organized and update AEG Facilities marketing collateral • Supported marketing and concert booking department through research, organized tracking and creative problem solving
