Support to in-house and co-man Operations to assure design delivery and project manager for business continuity projects. • Lead a team of Product developers to develop innovation and renovation projects from bench top to plant implementation, providing incremental Gross sales and SOM for Mexico: wire cut soft cookie Quaker Artesanas Super Foods cereal portfolio which won Global Nutrition innovation category price 2018. • Sugar reduction in oatmeal cookie portfolio for Chile and Peru and Sodium and sugar reduction in RTEC portfolio in Mexico to eliminate packaging front stamps due to new local regulations. • Budget keeper. • Delivered a Legacy enrichment materials for south LATAM region, preparing for SAP implementation. • Delivered peanut sensory manual according to country of origin to assure key attributes in finished product. • Developed new products for Mexico Nuts & Seeds category: trail mix portfolio and seasoned roasted peanuts line extension for Mafer brand; coated peanuts line extension for Karate brand; renovation of fried peanuts Kacang brand portfolio. Winner of Premios Pepsico Mexico for Mafer mixes portfolio launch.

Development of new products from bench top formulation to plant trials and launch for Mexico in categories: Ready to eat cereals and extruded snacks; Peanut based snacks including roasted, fried and coated technologies and Oatmeal biscuits including wire cut, rotary molded and sandwich technologies from lab to plant scale up for Quaker brand. • Contributed to extend ready to eat cereals portfolio and develop a new segment for Weight management by launching 3 new SKUs under Stila brand. • Supported Non Traditional channel by increasing bulk cereal portfolio and provide technical support to B2B customers. • Implemented of in & out seasoned roasted peanuts for Mafer brand.

Development and renovation of new products from bench top to startup and brand maintenance for chocolate category, including raw material and supplier’s development and partner with foods safety and quality to warranty product design. Technical expertise in marshmallow, sugar and chocolate coating, wafers, enrobing, chocolate and compound technologies. Development of Nutritional facts label panel and Ingredient Statement elaboration for local and exports market (USA, EU and Latin America) according to CODEX and FDA. • Developed 5 new products for DIF governmental breakfast program. • Supported business commercial plan by launching 3 “in and outs” for Paleta Payaso and Lunetas portfolios.
