Successfully represented the Kingdom of Spain in a major investment arbitration for claims brought under the Energy Charter Treaty and run under the SCC arbitration rules. Represented the Kingdom of Spain in a major investment arbitration for claims brought under the Energy Charter Treaty and run under the UNCITRAL arbitration rules. Represented a Spanish company in an international commercial arbitration for claims regarding alleged breaches of contract and of Spanish Agency Law. Advised an international aircraft manufacturer in an ICC arbitration in relation to alleged breaches of a contract for the sale of goods. Represented a number of banks in more than 25 civil and banking litigation cases and appeared before Spanish courts in all stages of the proceeding (evidentiary, trial, Appellate and Supreme Court; enforcement and interim measures).

Provided legal and administrative assistance to arbitral tribunals and parties in investment arbitration cases administered under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
