* Recruitment and selection of junior to senior profiles in Information Technology (especially Infrastructure). * Establish relationships with the Line Management. * Manage own pipeline through direct searches on the different sourcing channels (CV databases, job-boards, social media, …) as well as through own network. * Manage the complete selection process: CV screening through our web based software tool (Taleo), evaluate test results (SHL), interviewing and recommendation to the Management. Also prepare and discuss offers with the selected candidates. * Weekly and monthly reporting to the Management and pro-active recommendations in order to optimize the process and reduce the recruitment lead time. * Initiate or participate in HR-projects. * Attend recruitment events. * HR Administration Services * Prince 2 Foundation Certified
