About I am an experienced Production and Quality Manager with over 15 years of success in the wine and beverage manufacturing industries across South Africa and Zambia. Throughout my career, I’ve led large teams (up to 322 staff), managed complex bottling and packaging lines, and implemented continuous improvement initiatives that increased efficiency and reduced costs.
