* Within the Finance Department, in collaboration with the Financial Controller and the Head of Shop Management Control, I was in charge of reporting on these various activities. * Activities : * Produce and communicate the various weekly and monthly management control reports for the Shop and Finance departments (commercial activity reports, monitoring of loyalty indicators, sales monitoring, productivity) * Update and optimise reporting procedures * Participate in the monthly closing of accounts * Produce various studies for both Departments * Simultaneously, I realised a process in order to reduce the costs on supply chain and delivery Department.

* This is the first Bureau Des Sports in France with a turnover of about 300 000 euros. * The tasks are diverse and require accounting skills : * Implementation of annual budgets * Writing a grant application * Financial monitoring of the various projects using the Excel tool * Financial management of sports infrastructure, licences and equipment * Management of sports reimbursements up to 12,000 euros * Privileged relationship with the bank through the management of transfers, cheque deposits, etc. * Privileged contact with the chartered accountant through the continuous use of the accounting data entry software Ciel Compta
