Group managed under LBO for 20 years, owned today at 100% by LGT investment global trust . - Turnaround plan in progress on a very changing market which involves a deep Business Model transformation : strategic redeployment, multi-channel approach, operational revitalising and Group rationalisation. - Member of the Group Board (report to the Group CEO) with high stakes : interface with shareholders, M&A operations, transformation of finance organisation, strenghtening of controls, process improvement, cash flow optimisation, crisis management.

- Membre du COMEX de Thomas Cook France : volume d’affaires de 800 m€, 800 collaborateurs, 440 agences en France (190 en propre et 250 franchisés), environnement très international (50% des réunions en Anglais). - Management de la Direction Administrative et Financière : Contrôle de Gestion, Comptabilité, Trésorerie, Juridique, Services Généraux, Immobilier, Audit interne, Projets. - Objectif très challenging de redressement de la filiale française, fortement déficitaire depuis 8 ans : * Mise en œuvre intégrale du projet de Finance Transformation et de création d’un Centre de Services partagés au niveau Européen * Mise en œuvre du Plan de réorganisation accompagné par le BCG (52 initiatives sur 3 ans visant à générer 12m€ d’économies) et double operation de recapitalisation. * Définition stratégique et mise en œuvre du Turnaround plan (en cours) : réduction des foyers de pertes de la Filiale (amélioration de 6m€ en 2 ans) et redéploiement de l’activité (+20% en 2 ans). * Participation aux grands projets internationaux du Groupe Thomas Cook (cash improvement, implantation nouveaux outils IT,...)

Head of Services Business Unit : after sales services, delivery platforms, kitchen installation. 1,600 FTE's spread over 8 after sales services sites, 4 delivery platforms, 2 call centers, 1 central workshop, 1 sales store. Revenue €100m. Moire than 1,000,000 customer repairs per year. Selected for Darty International Leadership Programme in 2012 (4-months training with 12 participants from 7 countries). NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS: - Designed and implemented the "Services Strategic Plan DIF 2015" involving a whole Services Department reorganisation : closing and merging of all sites with the creation of 4 multi-function Services Centers, IT-digitalized equipment for technicians and delivery personnel, centralisation of spare parts stocks, call centres restructuring - Negociated with trade unions on more than 20 projects presented to the works council during a 4-year period - Achieved significant reduction on staff and costs : -25% between 2010 and 2014 - Developed and introduced new services such as "3-hour express delivery" and "daybreak delivery"
