Led a team of over 90 personnel across five main diverse teams. Teams included 52 officers, 37 enlisted men and women, three manned flying squadrons, one UAV squadron, and an Air Traffic Control company, plus a secretariat section. Oversaw and supervised the execution of different team missions. Managed daily activities and work of the teams. Facilitated collaboration among team leaders to achieve mission goals.

Led a team of 17 pilots. Created flight schedules for 18 different missions carried out by the squadron. Ensured pilots maintained their qualifications and readiness for all missions. Developed a detailed training plan to keep the squadron mission-ready. Recruited, managed, and taught various aviation training courses, including type conversion, mission qualification, and instructor pilot courses.

Implemented all safety requirements and regulations in daily operations of the flying wing. Coordinated with squadron safety officers to monitor the mental and medical status of wing members. Led primary investigations following any mishaps.

Established the squadron and its operation site. Led a team of 12 personnel including vehicle (SCAN EAGLE) operators, maintainers, and mission operators. Maintained pilot qualifications and ensured squadron mission readiness through a detailed training plan. Managed and executed maintenance requirements for the UAV. Recruited, managed, and taught UAV training courses.

Led the base's center of operations. Received mission requirements and relayed requests to the appropriate operational squadron. Informed Air Traffic Control (ATC) about expected flight activities within the base’s controlled airspace. Managed the reception and transmission of aircraft navigational routes, Military Operations Areas (MOAs), and flight plans.

Flew various missions and trainings, initially as a co-pilot and later as a pilot in command. Handled secondary tasks within the squadron, such as ground school officer and archive officer. Managed additional responsibilities at the base, including maintenance officer and IT officer.
