At Hansa Biopharma, I led the build-out of commercial operations across all of Europe, establishing and developing cross-functional teams from scratch and driving the successful launch of the company’s therapies across multiple countries. This role strengthened my experience in scaling rare disease organizations, navigating complex market access and reimbursement environments, and delivering patient-focused impact across diverse European markets.

At Vertex Pharmaceuticals, I built and led commercial operations across a broad European region, including France, Italy, Spain, and the Benelux countries. I recruited and developed cross-functional teams and launched multiple innovative and orphan therapies, navigating complex market access and reimbursement challenges to ensure timely patient access.

At Celgene, I launched the company’s commercial operations in France, recruiting and building the team to deliver a successful product launch. I was subsequently appointed GM for the Benelux region, where I led and developed both the team and the business, driving growth and establishing a strong commercial presence across multiple markets.
