• Manage the operation of the transceiver product running at the CM • Process/Product Development for New Product Introduction including executions. • Formulate and Drive improvement actions pertaining to product health, Yields BOM Cost reduction, Capacity increase. • Interact with other functional groups in providing technical solutions concerning Line and quality issues • Qualify new Test Equipment and Test Methodology • Provides Manufacturing Support on Line Issues that arise at CM side. • Prepares and publishes Periodic Yield report and findings on Product performance • Provide inputs to CM in performing Failure Analysis for RMA and Products. • Creates Product/Process Documentations and upload into the system. • Interface with FAE/QA for any Customer-related Inquiry
