Responsibilities: Project: Water pipe and sewer pipe laying by pipe jacking method & open cut method, chamber construction, man hole construction and road diversion for future MRT project under LTA (Land Transport Authority, Singapore)-Pipe diameter-Max 3000 mm)-contract sum ~ 41M 1) Manage the project time line in order to complete project in time. Draw base line programme using MS project. 2) Manage the project cost, cash flow, claim in order to complete the project within the project budget and profit. 3) Liaise with LTA, SPPG,PUB, and other authorities to get the required things done for projects. 4) Manage site progress, Design and alignment of proposed pipe line. 5) Manage submission to LTA, BCA and all related Authority in order to complete the project without delay. 6) Manage my consultant, supplier (concrete supplier, pipe supplier, valve supplier, steel supplier etc) ,sub-contractor (CCTV, Tree felling, pipe jacking, cable detection, soil improvement, caisson construction, precondition photo taking, pipe laying, piling, rock breaking etc) and Engineers to get the related things done for project in time and within budget. 8) Look for alternative solution for those under budgeted or non-budgeted items to get surplus in order to maintain the profit margin. 9) Manage the construction site in order to achieve safety work zone and environmental friendly zone. 9) Manage monthly and weekly meetings in order to achieve positive result. 10) Prepare project monthly reports and presentations using Power Point, Microsoft word, Excel , Auto CAD, and MS project. 11) Liaise with QPD, QPS, Soil investigation and Instrumentation sub-con, QECP, and AC for design and approval. 12) Liaise with WSHO, ECO , ECMO, PRO, Engineers, QS, Land surveyor, drafter,Project Director and Managing Director to achieve project goal. 13) Prepare project forecast report. 14) Manage final account closing. 15) VO settlement

Responsibilities a) Liaise with consultant & client for the submissions especially progress claim. b) Budget controlling and reviewing the budget timely to control budget bursting. c) Track record for all project expenditure to be in accordance with planned budget. d) Monthly forecasting to get to know earned value and progress claim. e) Check whether can substitute with alternative engineering method if planned budget is under cost. f) Negotiate with client, consultant and sub con for contract matter & Variation Work (VO). g) Advise tender QS & contract manager for all those unbudgeted and under cost item (for my project) to take reference for future tender project. h) Inspect ERSS or TERS (sheet pile installed shaft or concrete caisson) and piling to be in accordance with approved drawing. i) Liaison with Authority such as PUB, LTA, SP power grid, Npark, SLA, JTC, SingTel, Starhub for necessary approval. j) Monitor and communicate with sub-cons for work progress & payment issue. k) Keep watch on soil instrumentation to alert for any abnormal reading. l) Attend to public complaints. m) Co-ordinate with PRO. n) Quantity taking off for rebar, concrete and check those items when the work is in progress. o) Liaise with college for progress report. p) Raise PO and track the record of inventories. q) Help senior manager in making submissions to all parties. r) Attend all the meetings such as progress meeting with Safety Enhancement Scheme (SES), safety committee meeting and technical meeting with Authorities etc. s) Work together and closely with safety and environmental personnel to achieve safe work environment. t) Recording, documentation and preparation for External & Internal Audit.

Responsibilities a) Prepare and submit for tender such quantity taking off, discussion with boss for tender pricing. b) Progress claim preparation and submission. c) Final account preparation and submission. d) Arrange for all the testing. e) Attend meeting for discussion on awarded project and as well as ongoing project. f) Liaise with client and sub contractor. g) Occasionally, review on company filing system and upgrade. h) Negotiate with main con & sub con on pricing and claim. f) Purchase materials for the ongoing project. g) Monitor and chase on the issue of payment. h) Find out reasonable vendor for the company. f) Help in scheduling (MS project) & shop drawing (CAD). g) Manage & Monitor ongoing projects. h) Check contract for every project before projected is awarded

Responsibilities a) Liaise with consultant for the submissions. b) Check, draw and prepare report for Trial Hole activity c) Inspect ERSS or TERS (sheet pile installed shaft or concrete caisson) and piling to be in accordance with approved drawing. d) Design for temporary sewer pipe diversion. (not design calculation but in CAD to fit on the ground). e) Liaison with Authority such as PUB, LTA, SP power grid, Npark, SLA, JTC, SingTel, Starhub for necessary approval. f) Monitor and communicate with sub-cons for work progress. g) Keep watch on soil instrumentation to alert for any abnormal reading and submit analysis report to PE (weekly). h) Attend to public complaints. i) Co-ordinate with PRO in serving PR letters to public. j) Quantity taking off for rebar, concrete and check those items when the work is in progress. k) Prepare and submit the progress claim and progress report to senior manager. l) Make PO and track the record of inventories. m) Help senior manager in making submissions to all parties. n) Attend all the meetings such as progress meeting with Safety Enhancement Scheme (SES), safety committee meeting and technical meeting with Authorities etc. o) Check & sign permit to work. p) Work together and closely with safety and environmental personnel to achieve safe work environment. q) Recording, documentation and preparation for External & Internal Audit.

Responsibilities a) Check the Site work according to instruction b) Submit the daily activity to LTA and Consultant c) Submit terminated field Bore Log to LTA for Laboratory assignment d) Choose the assigned soil samples or rock samples e) Check the Lab Test that is submitted from Laboratory f) Prepare report using the software of gINT, Auto-cad and Excel.
