Regional Change Lead
Barclays HR is embarking on a HR Transformation journey and will be completing the largest global SuccessFactors implementation across its various entities, replacing on premise SAP and other legacy platforms. The Regional Change Lead’s main responsibilities are to work with the global engagement lead to develop regional and country engagement plans, to analyse, engage and manage regional HR, business leaders and stakeholder groups to support them through the change. The position needs to support adoption of changes across the region by tailoring change activities to meet the needs of each population, consistently embed changes in alignment with the Gallus programme roadmap, global change management approach, plan and programme change standards and to ensure appropriate training pre and post go-live.
