- Achieve a 6.5% increase in a company sales by implementing effective sales strategies and improving customer relationships. - Prepare Pricing File with detail of forecast sales before placing orders based on sales and inventory. - Liaise with suppliers, vendors for good contract terms, rebates, promotion, costs. - Follow suppliers’ shipments, delivery - ensure products qualities. - Control the status of stocks (quality and quantity), daily check pending and return goods. - Proficient in using KIOT VIET systems and maintaining accurate inventory levels for optimal sales performance, forecasting and inventory management in building up product ranges of 149 SKUs. - Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and report directly to the Founder. - Follow sales reports, plans for promotion campaign to boost sales, launch new products and clear low-sales stocks. - Manage cash flow to ensure accurate transaction values and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.

- Check the quantities and enter over 10,000 SKUs in ERP, report directly to DC Manager. - Conduct stocks locating, KPIs follow up and loading status in and out of trucks. - Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimizing ROI. - Oversee market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. - Monitor brand consistency across marketing channels and materials. - Assist in forms and documentation required including certificate of origin, health certificate to make sure all shipments follow the law.
