Master’s research-track student in Finance & Banking, combining graduate coursework with hands-on academic research. My interests focus on banking risk management (credit, liquidity, and market risk), financial policy and systemic stability, fintech and regulatory frameworks (including RegTech), and ESG/climate finance. I work through the full research cycle-from refining research questions and conducting literature reviews to building hypotheses, collecting and cleaning data, and applying suitable quantitative methods (e.g., panel models, DID, or efficiency analysis when relevant). I also write academic reports and prepare manuscripts for conferences or journals, aiming to produce research that is both rigorous and useful for real-world decision-making in the financial sector.

- Managed daily operations for a Grade B, 12-story office tower in District 3, consistently maintaining a 95% occupancy rate. - Contributed to achieving an annual revenue target of $500,000 through efficient service delivery and expense control. - Coordinated and monitored Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and corrective works for M&E, HVAC, and Fire Safety systems - Assisted in financial tracking, including preparing utility invoices and processing payments for operational expenses (OPEX) and vendor services. - Managed vendor contracts (security, cleaning) and reviewed performance to ensure compliance with building service standards.
