Certified Health and Wellness Coach with ICF accreditation. I am someone who has survived loss and knows how to harness the strength of resilience. I bring my professional training and lived experience to be an advocate and teach skills that help clients find their way through loss, change, and growth. I use motivational interviewing, and evidenced-based coaching techniques to guide clients through difficult challenges so they can live the life they desire. You can do it and you don't have to do it alone.

I have been a visual artist for 20 years and a lover of art all my life. I specialize in challenging light situations like band and live music photography, creative portraits, and blended light. I am extensively trained in lighting and post production. I thrive on connecting with my clients and bringing out their best through my artwork. It's never just a matter of hitting the shutter and if it ever became that, I'd put it down. I work with passion and dedication.

As the onsite Youth Mental Health Counselor I facilitated group counseling for domestic violence, drug addiction, and job preparation training. I worked with 25 homeless youth (18-21yrs old) and provided individual counseling weekly as well as responded to any emergency mental health crisis calls on campus.

Academic counselor for all business programs offered by UoP, caseload of approximately 100 students. Daily meetings to establish academic path to graduation, weekly reports, scheduling classes, and general support to student population.
