I teach students the art of dance through Zumba, combining movement, music, and fitness to create an engaging and effective experience. With over 15 years of involvement in Zumba, the practice has played a significant role in positive personal and professional growth. I am passionate about sharing my love for Zumba, promoting wellness, and creating a joyful, motivating environment for students.

Collaborate closely with ATX Festival staff to manage multiple venues over the five-day festival, including the Paramount Theatre, Stateside at the Paramount, ACL Live, The Driskill Hotel, and multiple other locations throughout the years. Work directly with television talent and talent managers to coordinate panel discussions and screenings, strategically planning talent entrance, exit, and security to ensure smooth and secure operations. Supervise crowd control volunteers and partner with venue specialists—including projectionists, floor managers, and lighting technicians—to ensure panels and screenings began and concluded on schedule

Led a team of photographers in capturing middle school and high school yearbook portraits. Managed equipment storage, transport, setup, and breakdown, including lighting, backdrops, seating, cameras, and computer-to-camera software integration. Worked early mornings and long days, photographing high-volume sessions with thousands of students.

I had the opportunity to build a career doing what I love as a professional school portrait photographer. I photographed students for public and charter schools as well as daycare facilities, working with children ranging from infancy to approximately 15 years of age, depending on the institution. My role involved building strong relationships with school faculty and staff, becoming familiar with students to create a comfortable and positive environment, and independently setting up all lighting, backdrops, and props. I consistently produced high-quality portraits while balancing both the physical and mental demands of a fast-paced photography schedule. This position was highly fulfilling and reinforced my passion for photography and working with children. Unfortunately, the role concluded due to the impact of COVID-19, as the company was unable to recover operationally.

Created digital ads based from print and newspaper ads to convert to digital space for online websites. Gathered business information for product companies all over the world, including specified location and social media content. Worked with an amazing platform for the production of online advertisements, daily.

Served as a Venue Manager for SXSW, coordinating closely with Alamo projection teams, venue managers, and film directors, producers, and talent to conduct sound checks and prepare theaters for film showcases. Introduced films to audiences and facilitated post-screening Q&A sessions with directors, writers, producers, and talent. Managed and supervised SXSW volunteers, directing patrons to appropriate lines based on credentials to ensure timely and accurate theater seating. Collaborated with SXSW volunteer leadership to schedule daily lunches, breaks, dinners, and assigned duties for a team of 20–30 film venue volunteers. Maintained ongoing communication with the SXSW Tech Center and head film venue staff regarding screening logistics, technical issues, special screenings, awards, and talent needs. Coordinated with fellow theater managers and crew chiefs to ensure smooth daily operations and a consistently successful festival experience.
