-Execute structural, equipment, and piping construction works. -Monitor daily construction progress and ensure quality. -Coordinate with contractors and ensure timely mobilization of resources -Resolve on-site technical issues promptly. -Review and prepare Method Statements and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) for erection activities -Coordinate material delivery and inventory management -Coordinate with multiple contractors to ensure alignment with the project’s EHS requirements.

Tahara Green Biomass Project 50 MW • Responsible for the Supervision, Implementation, Planning and Completion of Pre commissioning and commissioning activities of Biomass Power Plant. • Coordinate with Construction teams to ensure that all systems are connected and functioning correctly. • Conduct tests to confirm that all systems are functioning properly. • System line flushing, air blowing, Steam blowing, Lube oil flushing, etc. • System tightness test for piping and equipment. • Line check and walk down as per P&ID. • Analyze and troubleshoot any issues related to the commissioning of equipment and systems. • Provide technical support and guidance to other engineers. • Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure efficient system installation.

Hin Kong Power Plant Project (1,400 MW) • Perform pre-commissioning, Commissioning, trial run, start-up/ shutdown, functional testing for systems of Combined Cycle Power Plant. • Inspect and verify equipment installation and system integration in accordance with drawings and specification. • Ensure that safety standards and quality control are followed during commissioning. • Troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during the commissioning phase. • Prepare commissioning plans, test procedure and documentation report. • Coordinate with construction team to ensure that all systems are connected and functioning correctly. • Make quantitative estimates of required manpower and durations for pre-commissioning activities. • Maintain up-to-date records of commissioning activities and system performance. • Train the customer staff in operation and maintenance as instructed. • Handover the commissioning, quality and feedback documentation with document list to commissioning Lead/Manager for compiling and release.

Bang Bo Power Plant 350 MW • Operate and monitor combine cycle power plant system (Gas turbine, Steam turbine, HRSG and auxiliary equipment) and water treatment plant both the control room and locally as required to maintaining the safe, continuous generation of the plant. • Manage accurate and on time routine production reports and consumption reports submission to client. • Ensure effective and smooth implementation for plant start-ups & shutdowns on regular and emergency. • Performed operations monitoring in the field to ensure safety and smooth operation without interruption. • Troubleshoot equipment fail during operation and submit work requests into the CMMS to direct repairs. • Acting as an Emergency Controller during the initial stages of an incident/emergency. • Acting as an operational and commercial point of contact for Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) and the Petroleum Authority of Thailand (PTT) to ensure compliance with the operating procedures and the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). • Ensure to manage permit to work system Lock-Out /Tag-Out (LOTO) of the activities within power plant to be executed effectively and compliance with company (GE) policies. • Implemented, and updated operation procedures and work instruction for continuous improvement. • Performed routine testing of plant and equipment. • Supported and coordinated maintenances, contractor vendors during the outage.

Hongsa Power Plant 1800 MW • Day to day coordination with (EGAT – O&M) to ensure safe and efficient power plant operation and all emission are within EIA limitation. • Oversaw operations Boiler, Turbine, Ash handling and coal handling to ensure continuous and efficient generation to the desired quantity and quality. • Oversaw the development and implementation of the operation to align with the PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) including plant start-up & shut down, base load operation to maximize performance and operational risk. • Oversaw and follow up routine periodically test, and equipment change over. • Operational coordinate and support of outage activity, preventive & corrective maintenance including monitor safety, and environmentally to compliance standards met requirements.

BLCP Power Plant • Ensure effective and safety operations in the power plan covering operates, monitors, controls and maintains steam generating equipment within the supporting plant for power generating including In-service, Out-service the boiler and auxiliary equipment, such as Coal Pulverizer, Pumps, etc. • Adjusted and maintained plant equipment to ensure efficiency, reliability, and safety performance. • Performed operations monitoring (walk) rounds in the field to ensure safety and smooth operation without interruption. • Performed routine testing to ensure effective and reliable equipment availability. • Supported to prepare effective operation plans such as start-up & shut down plant, plan outage for maintenance.
