In part Warehouse Fulfillments * Provide leadership and communication to attract, retain and inspire employees. * Supervise the warehouse team and manage day to day warehouse operations * Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods * Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers timescales/requirements * Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage * Responsible for driving Standard Work and ensuring quality processes are implemented to ensure a "Right First Time" product to the customer aligned with their expectation * Deliver the product to the customer on time, every time using appropriate methods * Lead follow up and resolve Customer concerns * Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures and sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues and improvements within the operation whilst ensuring continuous customer service * Implement warehouse and management systems and working practices in line with best practices and continuous improvement In part warehouse and Logistics * Set up the strategies, KPIs, Action plan and manage to complies with business goals to 3PL partner. * Support on the policy from Management team to complies with business goals. * Manage and control on the Transportation and Warehousing on solving the problems on time to deliver to branch / franchise. * Budget, Costs and expenses control on the Transportation and Warehousing. * Monitoring the daily, monthly, and any report result with 3PL partner. * Improvement process and get the technologies to support on the task

Responsibilities: In part of Customs clearing *Supervising and controlling the operation team to coordinating with shipping agents by supporting importation documentation requirement to ensure proper documention comply to Thailand FDA and Custom regulations. *Monitoring inbound shipment from port to warehouse and proactively performing timely goods receive. *Responsible for Inventory Reconcilation *Supervising and controlling the inventory ream to manage month end inventory closing activities such as expired write off, inventory adjustment in system. *Supervising and controlling the inventory team for sample/demo request and order Processing in SAP. *Co-ordinate with Sale Admin on product complaints and non complaint returns. *Teamwork: Develops relationships with internal customers to maintain critical communication process; Close teamwork with Territory Managers and CS Team to enable a total service. In part Warehouse and Delivery *Establishes and maintains operational procedures for all warehouse functional areas including delivery, receiving, Storage, transfers and inventory control. *Ensures timely and efficient order picking by maintaining accurate warehouse inventory through the use of computer system and consistent operational procedures. *Handles the damaged material to ensure the minimal loss of profitability for the organization. *Ensures timely and accurate customer deliveries by scheduling and dispatching company vehicles. *Anticipates conditions leading to poor customer service by working with warehouse associates to resolve immediate and longer-term problems in a professional manner *Establishes and expects achievement of work goals by warehouse associates through clear professional communication and consistent accountability. *Ensures excellent customer service at the counter by participating in Counter activities and duties when needed. *Monitoring 3PL for the external warehouse to achieve with company goal.

Responsibilities: • Control operation of raw material receiving (Chemical). • Control operation of raw material issuing to production line. • Control operation of finished goods ship out to customer which load into container, ISO tank and LCL. • Control documentation for both receiving and ship out including system transaction. • Responsible for warehouse management system including location management, order, picking document and all relevant system document to make sure that document and transaction are posted correctly into system. • Leader of 5s , GMP & ISO:9000 committee. Position: Checker (September 1999 to December 1999) Responsibility :- • Responsible for checking physical product before loading into the truck to make sure that physical product was match with customer order. • Truck inspection to make sure that truck are in the good condition to use for shipping product to customer. Position: Export ship out / Direct shipment process owner / Picking system owner (January 2000 to January 2001) Responsibilities:- • Shipment creation in SAP system. • Coordinate with export department for Export documentation such as export invoice, Tally sheet, pallet transfer. • Pick and load export shipment using Real Time Control and Information System (RTCIS). • Coordinate with transporter for appointment time, loading time and all documentation related. • Picking process improvement to reach 100% picking accuracy. Position: Domestic shipment planner / RTCIS Training Leader (February 2001 – March 2002) Responsibilities:- • Coordinate with transportation planner for truck planning and shipment creation in SAP. • Prepare picking document for picker. • Tracking daily shipment volume. • Dock door controller. • Make sure that all of shipments are loading and shipping to customer on-time. • Responsible for trouble shooting in SAP/RTCIS system. Position: Domestic shipment planner / RTCIS Training Leader / SAP SD process owner (April 2002 – October 2002) Responsibilities:- (additional) • SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) work process design and system testing. • Work process training and end user qualification. • Support and system trouble shooting for SAP SD. • Responsible for domestic customer invoice / credit note printing.
