Test Launch and Operations
Supported execution of cold-flow, ignition, and full-system checkout campaigns for TREL’s full-scale rocket program. Operated and monitored test-stand instrumentation during live runs, ensuring safe sequencing of valves, sensors, and pressurization systems. Performed pre-test and post-test procedures, including system leak checks, sensor verification, data logging setup, and hardware configuration. Analyzed pressure, temperature, and flow-rate data from test campaigns to diagnose anomalies, validate models, and refine operational procedures. Collaborated with propulsion and structures teams to support smooth progression from integration to test readiness. Gained hands-on experience in test-stand operations, cryogenic and high-pressure handling, and launch-site workflow in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.

Ground Support Equipment
Worked on the design, build, and refinement of cryogenic and high-pressure ground support systems for TREL’s full-scale rocket program. Developed and optimized bang-bang pressurization logic for GOx accumulators and RP-1 feed systems, and created detailed P&IDs to document system architecture and operational flow. Integrated sensors, valves, and instrumentation into GSE assemblies to support real-time monitoring and control. Performed data analysis on pressure and temperature behavior across various operating conditions to improve system robustness and safety margins. Gained hands-on experience with cryogenic fluid handling, pressurization hardware, and complex fluid-system troubleshooting in a collaborative engineering environment.

Propellant Feedlines

- As a member of UT Austin’s Skunkworks Propellant Feedline team, I lead the design, analysis, and prototyping of the propellant drain structure for a multi‑engine rocket. Using SolidWorks and FEA stress analysis, I optimized drain manifold geometry for reliable fluid evacuation and structural integrity under launch conditions. I operate 3D printers to fabricate prototype components and develop test matrices—validating performance through iterative testing to ensure aerospace safety and efficiency.
