Role and responsibilities: - Supplier management: order planning, monitoring on time delivery, capacity issue, cost and lead time analysis and negotiation, executed performance review to identify issue and improvement - Procurements: managed order to cash process: requisition, PO, shipping plan, return and replacements - SAP master data maintenance: material management including manufacture source list, MOQ, lead time, shipping method, storage location, MRP controller, cost history - Customer service: quotation offering, manage product delivery from Asia vendors to worldwide customers to achieve customer satisfaction; delivery date adjustment, claim and troubleshooting - Sourcing: new supplier development by project , RFI/RFQ management, supplier evaluation - Reporting: monthly raw material price analysis, monthly order and shipping list update, market demand forecast

- Quotation offer: for new and existing customers coming from phone call and inquiry mailbox, also support field sales for new businesses development, RFQs. - Customer service: cargo tracking by report, troubleshooting during transportation - Report offer: generated bi-weekly or monthly report for sales review, and organized national report to headquarters - Sales support: handle sales lead from Express team, also do customer research to gain opportunities to win new business - Market analyses: research and report by specific customer or industry, seek new possibilities to work on

- Conducted telemarketing and market research to identify potential customers. - Managed quotations and inquiries from new and existing clients. - Supported the sales team by maintaining communication with overseas colleagues and troubleshooting customer issues. - Compiled and presented sales reports for management.

- Supplier management: monitoring capacity, lead time, and order history - Procurement: process purchase order from worldwide customer and make sure supplier deliver the order on time with satisfied quality - Coordination: work with worldwide colleagues to adjust the delivery date or quantity to meet market and customers demand
