Export Received the shipping plant information, CRD from clients and submit the Booking via Carrier and FWD. After receiving the Booking, check the DEM/DET, the terminal location where the container will be picked up and where the loaded container will be placed, and the estimated cargo loading date. Coordinate with the truck team to arrange to pick up the container to the customer's factory for loading and export. Process customs declaration documents: Invoices, Contracts, and Packing lists are used to apply for CDs. Submit SI/VGM via Carrier system or FWD 。 On behalf of customers, responsible for handling work with carriers, FWD and customs to export the cargo smoothly. Take full responsibility and handle export cargo from client's factory to port. Weekly and monthly reports to leader. Import Check the Vietnam's HS code for supplier according to the customer's documents, including the Invoice, Packing list Contract, bill of lading, Certificate of origin,... and before Vessel departure. Track the shipping, submit the Manifest, check with Carriers or FWD for A.N to pay LCC and get EDO for delivery cargo. Prepare the customas declaration documents. Coordinate with truck team and arrange delivery client. Take full responsibility and handle import cargo from port to client's factory. Weekly and monthly reports to leader.

Export: -Received shipping plan from Business team, prepare the packing list, commercial invoice, sale contract to do the customs declaration -Worked with trucking company to aggange containers into the factory for cargo packing. -Enter data into SAP system after the container has been exported. Send the HBL to the Customer when the Vessal departured -Create payments for local charges, ocean fees and made shipping documents to buy marine cargo insurance. Import: -Track and update the schedule of importing container goods, DHL express... -Making customs declaration information for imported goods. -Keep track materials of warehouse, make BOM - Bill of Material.

Translate reports and documents, and assist managers and colleagues in on-site translation Do department attendance every day and make the leave application form for other colleagues. Use MES, SAP system. Work under the arrangement of the manager and assist colleagues to deal with some internal and external matters
