Topics covered include negotiation preparation; understanding decision-making in negotiations; negotiating virtually; multi-party and multi-issue negotiations; styles and emotions; trust and ethics; negotiating successfully across cultures and much more. I also design, direct and teach on other customised negotiation and leadership programmes for companies and organisations.

Programme Director for the Centre whose goal is to enhance the growth and prosperity of small countries through capacity building in the government financial sector. Every year, we bring together officials from finance ministries, central banks, and regulatory bodies in small developing countries for a two-week executive education programme designed to stimulate fresh approaches to the challenges they and their countries face. The next virtual programme is June and July 2021.

One billion women worldwide remain outside the formal financial system today. The Leadership & Diversity Programme for Regulators is a 16-week global programme taught by Women’s World Banking and faculty from Oxford University where the goal is to supporting financial regulators to develop policies that close the gender gap in financial inclusion and build the women’s leadership pipeline in regulatory organisations. I programme direct and teach as part of the Oxford Faculty.

At Tim Cullen Associates, led a number of high profile communications programmes, particularly relating to international development. Played a key role in the Asian Development Bank’s Water Awareness Programme, having responsibility for the media aspects of this initiative. This included the development of the Asia Pacific Water Media Network and the design and implementation of 14 water media workshops throughout Asia which have trained more than 400 journalists. From February to July 2008, no worked on the dissemination activities of The Commission on Growth and Development which resulted in widespread media coverage in publications such as the Financial Times, Economist, Washington Post and Wall Street Journal. Other clients included the Mekong River Commission, the Government of the United Arab Emirates, The Global Development Network (GDN) and many more.
