I am a huge people-person and have spent a number of years in the Legal, Tech, and Hospitality industry. A few years ago, a entrepreneurial podcast inspired me to get into a more client-facing, 1-on-1 career with aspiring entrepreneurs who are looking to expand their business(es) by creating an online presence. There is nothing greater than finding opportunities for like-minded business individuals who do awesome things, and I feel lucky to be part of a fantastic process. Before life at Owner, I was leading a team at Shopify that focused on brand and audience expansion through physical spaces. I ultimately gained experience in people-leading, growth and development of my reports, KPI-focused, results driven projects, B2B & B2C sales, direct-to-consumer marketing, and human resource practices. As a person who is customer/client satisfaction-driven, I take pride in ensuring that my clients are extremely satisfied with the company, its products, and services. I am always striving to bring 100% to the work I do. My goals in customer success is to build strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and people alike.
