Contract management for landside facility services at Melbourne Airport

Contract management of PPP and commercial portfolio including Southern Cross train station, Port Phillip and Fulham Prisons, Toyota, AAMI and Swinburn University, delivering facilities management services through a combination of in-house teams and third party vendors.

Contract management within one of Australia's largest Blue Chip organisations, leading a team of in-house facilities professionals and third-party vendors delivering facilities, meeting, catering, cleaning, security and reception functions for the Melbourne head office and Adelaide shared service offices for BHPB.

Contract management with Australia Pacific Airports Corporation delivering management services of nine parking facilities at Melbourne Airport. This included all customer service and courtesy bus functions, as well as operational involvement in facility capex projects.

Managed a team of fifty service, administrative and sales personnel engaged in the operation of eleven food and beverage outlets,conference, banqueting and special function (ie.- concerts and other special events which require temporary catering facilities) operations.

Responsible for contracting all FM Services for Coles Supermarkets and Target stores throughout Australia on behalf of their FM/Property Management partner, City FM. Role involved monitoring and management of contract relationships in addition to conducting procurement activities in the FM space.

Managed a team of 5 specialist and technical staff within the facilities management area; providing an internal knowledge base for best practice FM within the areas of lifecycle and asset management, critical environment and change management, environmental sustainability, communications and reporting, operations process, vendor management and conference centre management. Initially engaged as the Regional IFM, VIC/TAS on the account, my responsibilities in this role involved delivery of all FM services across 110 Telstra non-network properties in VIC/TAS with a team of 12 facility management professionals.
