Phillip Boylen

Phil has more than 25 years’ leadership experience in infrastructure. In his current roles as an executive leader and project board member, he draws on his extensive background managing infrastructure businesses, and his time overseeing large EPC and multi-disciplinary projects. He leads a team of 3,700 working across three of New Zealand’s most respected infrastructure businesses – Fletcher Construction, Higgins and Brian Perry Civil. He is motivated by his industry’s ability to deliver assets that support the wellbeing of the communities around him.
