Assisted Mine Management in the develop of a complete new Training Program. Built new CBT Training Program, added a Simulator Training Program for all mine equipment, built and maintained a driving course for Haul Trucks and company vehicle's, trained 15 employee's for Crew Trainer positions and continued training to add new techniques to better Training Program. 730 and 930 Haul Trucks, Water Trucks, 900 and 1200 Loaders,D-8, D-10, D-13 Dozers, Graders, Rope Shovel, Hydraulic Shoves, Drilling rigs and Pit Viper Drilling Rigs are some of the equipment in the Training Program. Continual Training is a must and with Continual Training your Safety Program will grow in a positive manner.

Ives Training instructor, have created and maintained a training program for all employees to be properly certified and trained to operate equipment according to program outlines and real life scenarios. Equipment Manager - Service and maintain all equipment, pre-plan and dispatch equipment moves from location to location. Dispatch hotshot service and commercial trucks, communicate with site supervisors for daily supplies and needed equipment changes. Work closely with the President and Vice President to assure that all sites and company operations are running smoothly and according to company plans.
