Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and approving point of sale, online banking, and bill pay transactions on customer’s accounts for possible inaccurate, fraudulent, or unusual activity in order to minimize exposure and financial loss to the bank. Work includes communicating with a variety of customers, both internal and external, and will require a high level of fraud detection skills, as well as knowledge of current fraud trends and patterns.

Served as an unarmed, non-commissioned public servant in the areas of security/ non-criminal law enforcement, information dissemination, policy communications and safety related duties. Duties included locking and unlocking buildings, enforcing University rules and regulations and foot patrols of buildings and exterior grounds. Monitored surveillance camera equipment for multiple buildings, and performed other related duties as assigned.

Assisted customers locate and purchase merchandise, as well as answer any questions or address the concerns of customers to create a positive and memorable shopping experience. Stocked and zoned merchandise and maintained overall store cleanliness.

Employed in a leadership position over groups of various sizes. Responsible for monthly performance counseling, accountability, and training in infantry tactics of Marines under my supervision. Completed two combat deployments in a leadership position. Employed for one year as an executive assistant to four members of company leadership simultaneously. Maintained personnel files, training records, scheduling requirements, and accountability rosters. Prepared all logistical requirements for all training events ranging from twenty four hours to two weeks to include food, water, ammunition, transportation, training site reservation, accountability rosters, etc. During training events, supervised the training of non-infantry Marines in infantry tactics and procedures.
