Responsible for end-to-end operations and global supply chain management at Business Unit level, covering manufacturing, industrial engineering, quality, EHS, supply chain, and purchasing. Role expanded gradually to include global Industrial Engineering, Quality & EHS, and Supply Chain Management & Purchasing, creating full end-to-end accountability across the value chain. Leading a multi-site international organization with full accountability for operational performance, delivery reliability and performance, cost structure, and organizational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Full operational and functional leadership across manufacturing and global supply chain • Leadership of Plant Managers and global functional heads (OPEX, Industrial Engineering, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain & Purchasing) • Definition and execution of integrated operations and supply chain strategy • Optimization of global manufacturing footprint and supply chain network • Driving operational excellence and lean transformation across all sites • Strengthening supply chain resilience, delivery performance, and working capital efficiency • Ownership of integrated management systems, including Quality and EHS governance
