The general task was to create a vision system according to the specifications of the customer and to integrate it into the machine. This task consists of the following sub-tasks: - Discussing the requirement specifications together with the customer (usually pharmaceutical company) - Developing a vision system that fulfills all the customer requirements - Testing the vision system in the vision lab that has a huge diversity of cameras, lenses and illuminations - Performing a measurement system analysis - Developing a complex software algorithm using Cognex VisionPro or Insight Explorer and vb(.net) - Commissioning of the vision system inside the customer's machine - Preparing the camera system for FAT and SAT
