As the Assistant Manager, my responsibilities included maintaining sales volume and customer relationships, managing inventory, and assisting in the day to day operations. In my time in this role, I took on the responsibility of purchasing stock and special order material for my branch to ensure demands were met while keeping inventory turns healthy.

Worked with contractors, commercial projects, municipalities, and retail traffic to increase sales volume and build a customer relations within our branch. Identify and develop customer needs to ensure correct product selection, quoting approriate material and pricing, and seeing the job through from start to finish.

Managed inventory and logistics for high-end radio accessories. Worked hand in hand with sales team to fulfill orders for commercial accounts. Received and processed all inbound shipments from international manufacturers and performed quality control before moving inventory outbound.

Processed all inbound service repair tickets for high-end radio systems for commerical accounts. Assisted with minor repair work and programming. Managed customer accounts to ensure demands were met.
