I was also the principle author of a comprehensive youth-focused entrepreneurship training program. I also designed and executed a three-day training of trainers (ToT) workshop that prepared 46 Peace Corps Volunteers and partner nation representatives to serve as entrepreneurship trainers in their local communities.

As a research consultant at Saferworld, I was commissioned to draft a comprehensive report on the 2009/2010 civilian disarmament campaign in South Sudan. The document identified the different approaches used for civilian disarmament and emerging lessons in terms of how SALW control initiatives impacted community security. 31 interviews were conducted with key individuals and organizations, including the Government of South Sudan (GoSS), state representatives, civil society organizations, police, civilians, community and traditional leaders.
