During my tenure with Mizhuno's inhouse subsidiary Affiliate Marketing Ltd., I led business development and marketing initiatives promoting the capabilities of Korean Hyundai Corporation, Hyundai Engineering, and Hyundai Energy equipment across Africa. This role provided me with extensive exposure to advanced energy technologies, large-scale infrastructure development, engineering solutions and international project delivery. Through engagement with governments, utilities, developers, investors and industry stakeholders across multiple African markets and various visits to Korea, I developed a comprehensive understanding of the continent's energy sector, investment landscape and evolving infrastructure needs. I oversaw energy project development in different technologies from opportunity identification and feasibility assessment through planning to shovel ready.

Led the planning, coordination and implementation of Industrial projects from inception to completion. Responsible for project scheduling, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, procurement coordination, budget monitoring, quality control and operational execution. Worked closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and regulatory authorities to ensure projects were delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with agreed specifications. Demonstrated strong capabilities in problem-solving, team leadership, risk management, contract administration and project performance monitoring across a diverse range of infrastructure, commercial and development initiatives.

Worked in identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigation of underwriting, credit, market, operational and catastrophe risks across the company's reinsurance portfolio in Africa.

Completed a structured management development trainee program designed to provide comprehensive exposure to key business functions, including operations, finance, risk management, business development, customer relations, administration and strategic planning.
