Drafts treatment plans every 6 months for clients, conducts monthly reports on each client; communicates with Children and Youth Services regarding clients, as well as transports clients to court hearings for different counties. Keeps track of educational progress and schedules doctor’s appointments.

Utilizes knowledge of therapeutic and behavioral techniques in order to encourage clients to address treatment plan goals and reach therapeutic milestones in a proactive manner.

Assist students with their writing assignments. This includes, but is not limited to, the brainstorming process, formatting, grammatical and mechanical errors, etc.

Manage the sales associates by making sure they are staying on task, aware of our daily goals, and coaching them through different customer service techniques to provide the best service to our customers. Manage the store by ensuring its upkeep physically, as well as keep track of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. Also sending daily reports via email along with handling customer complaints.
