Senior project manager responsible for the delivery of a new accounting rules engine (Microgen) for HSBC global Front Office Trading and Back Office Systems covering Hong Kong, US and UK. The delivery includes scope definition, requirements, source feed analysis, accounting schema and posting drivers to Microgen sub ledger and out to the general ledger. Project deliverables also include satisfying output to downstream regulatory reporting, reconciliation and management information systems

* Engineering for a number of HSBC Finance strategic components, platforms and services. The role has responsibility for change the bank and run the bank activity for on-boarding to a number of Finance software platforms (Trade repositories, accounting systems, finance warehouses and analytics/MI). Accountability for the delivery a Portfolio of a variety of IT, Finance and Treasury Projects including the delivery of new systems, new products, new business streams Line management responsibility for a dedicated change team including IT, Project Management and Business Specialist in risk, finance, front office and Back Office of 30 permanent staff and matrix management of over 100 interim staff The immediate responsible for establishing a dedicated change function within Treasury to include a permanent team of Project Management specialists, Business Specialists, and IT specialists to drive forward the transformation agenda limiting the impact of all change of the Trading, Risk Management, Back Office operational teams and to implement processes and procedures for managing and prioritising all change
