Oversee and manage academic staff matters in School of Medicine. Building relationships and partner with stakeholders to acquire the right talents to achieve business objectives. Specializes in HR analytics and metrics, for planning and projections on human capital needs. Responsible for defining, measuring, and reporting HR metrics to senior management.

Led team in manpower planning and forecasting budget needs to meet human capital goals and programmes.

Specialist to support and coordinate matters that pertain to faculty staff.

Managed a team and oversaw the full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment, manpower planning, staff benefits and welfare, staff wellness and learning and development.

Administration and management of academic staff matters.

Involved in a wide spectrum of Human Resource Management functions such as Manpower Planning, Recruitment and selection of teaching staff, fomulation and implementation of new HR initiatives to enhance staff satisfication, and review of benefits administration processes. Also planned for a series of Recruitment Campaign to promote the organisation as a Employer of Choice, as well as participate in benchmarking exercises to enhance and strengthen areas in rewards and recognition.

Responsible for full spectrum of human resource management. Areas included expatriate administration, international recruitment, immigration matters, employee relations, salary and benefits administration,

Recruitment and selection of local and expatriate allied health staff.

Manpower planning, recruitment and staffing of officers, review and implementation of manpower policies as well as training needs analysis.
