• Ensure the correctness and completeness of purchase, profit share and any outstanding balance with suppliers (Supermarket and specialty stores) • Reconcile and monitor Fixed Assets • Handle month-end closing and ensuring the account reconciliation is completed on a timely manner • Prepare balance sheet accruals and amortization for month-end closing • Prepare and analyse monthly country reporting • Prepare annual corporate tax submission and coordinate with revenue department officer • Take responsibility for, and supervise the work of junior members staff • Respond and resolve issues arising from external audit findings • Work with external auditors for the preparation and finalization of the audit report • Assist the execution of special projects or adhoc requests when required • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
