As a Business Solutions Analyst in the home insurance industry, I bridge the gap between business needs and technology-driven solutions to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. I collaborate closely with stakeholders across the claims department to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and translate requirements into scalable, data-driven solutions. During my internship at Tower Hill Insurance Group, I immersed myself in the Home Insurance Industry, focusing on claims processing and workflow. I successfully obtained my adjusters license and leveraged my Data Science background to create insightful Power BI dashboards. This experience allowed me to contribute to management's strategic initiatives while enhancing my analytical skills. I worked hands on in a Green Belt project to work on improving the efficiency of workflows in FNOL through data validation and feedback from upper management.

As an Insurance Intern I had the opportunity to connect with clientele while building a database analyzing the needs and requirements of healthcare insurance for the Asian American community. We worked with different marketing techniques, data entry and management, database development to expand our clientele network.

As an student librarian assistant, we focused on providing the needed services for patron needs and questions. I promoted library use and advocated for student programs and services with young patrons and organizing library catalog, supplies, equipment and records. As a team member I responded to numerous reference calls daily, helping patrons with specific information needs.
