Recruitment (targeted and mass) • Planning and coordinating full-cycle recruitment processes for both graduate and experienced hires; • Proactively plan and manage recruiting & employer branding events; • Create and maintain strategic partnerships with partners to generate continuous awareness on our employer brand. Internal Communication • Implement EVP strategies, deploy and drive the employer branding concept • Develop and lead the implementation of recruitment marketing campaigns • Ensure that internal and external employer brand messages are clearly articulated, aligned and disseminated effectively External Branding (Recruitment Marketing) • Create social media strategy for Haplast and ensure implementation; • Proactively network and manage the relationships with recruitment media advertising contacts; • Ensure that brand guidelines are followed in all communications; • Develop and maintain various communication and marketing materials, including employee videos/testimonials, social media campaigns, etc.; Other duties • Development of annual talent attraction plans • Establish budget forecasts for each project or program, obtaining approvals and managing within budget; • Monitor and manage talent attraction investments/ ROI; present regular reports to all stakeholders on key recruiting metrics.

ENGLISH - Achieving a level equivalent to IELTS 5.5 and planning to gain 6.5 ICAEW-CFAB - Studying CFAB of ICAEW - Completion of 2 equivalent subjects in the CFAB certification included Tax & Law
