Responsibilities: - Process and manage purchase orders and related documentation. - Process listing of new items in the system and update existing items. - Prepare sales reports for consignment suppliers. - Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. - Source new items, analyzing cost and setting competitive selling prices. - Prepare and plan normal promotions and weekend promotions to boost sales. - Monitor the status of purchase orders and expedite deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods. - Work with the store team to develop a monthly procurement plan. - Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers, ensuring favorable agreements and strong business relationships. - Evaluate supplier performance based on service quality, delivery reliability, and overall collaboration. - Prepare and submit invoice and goods receipt to the finance team.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and process purchase orders and related documentation. - Monitor the status of purchase orders and expedite deliveries to ensure the timely receipt of materials at construction sites. - Conduct inventory counts and monitor stock levels of materials at each site, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely reordering. - Develop procurement plans for purchasing materials required for construction. - Negotiate pricing with suppliers and evaluate their performance based on service quality, delivery reliability, and overall collaboration. - Prepare payment request documents and submit to the accounts team - Prepare progress claims and payment requests for subcontractors and submit them to the accounts team.
